Hi! My name is Sam Cohen and I'm a sophomore at the University of Maryland studying Communication. I'm a news and sports photographer for The Diamondback, UMD's student-run newspaper. In this role, I photograph, edit and caption 3-4+ news and sports assignments weekly. I also have run my own business as a portrait and event photographer since freshman year of high school. After I graduate, I hope to pursue photography full time to work in the photojournalism or sports media industry.
